Our delivery partners will work their best to ensure a speedy delivery. However, some delays may occur which are outside our control.

All parcels are sent out using a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being sent out.

Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, occasionally parcels are delayed. Allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.

Europe

Orders in the UK are sent from our depot in England.

Shipping options:

FedEx International Connect

Expected delivery time: 3 - 6 working days

FedEx International Express

Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days

Orders made before 1pm GMT (UK time) will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 1pm EST will be sent out the next day.

USA/CANADA

Orders in the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and Canada are sent from our depots in Tennessee and Salt Lake City.

Shipping options:

USPS Priority

Expected delivery time: 2 - 4 working days

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS Priority

Expected delvery time: 5 - 10 working days

USPS International

Expected delivery time to Canada: 5 - 10 working days

Orders made before 2pm EST will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.

UK

Orders in the UK are sent from our depot in England.

Shipping options:

Royal Mail 48 hour tracked

Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days

Royal Mail Special Delivery

Expected delivery time: 1 working day


Royal Mail Industrial Action

The following dates have been confirmed strike days by Royal Mail:

  • Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022
  • Thursday 13th October 2022
  • Thursday 20th October 2022
  • Tuesday 25th October 2022
  • Monday 28th November 2022

Further dates have also been announced by the CWU for functional strike action which impacts parts of our operation on the following:

  • Processing, Distribution, International, Collections, Admin: 3rd, 9th, 15th, 24th November and 1st December 2022
  • Delivery: 4th, 10th, 16th, 25th November and 2nd December 2022
  • Network: 2nd, 8th, 14th, 23rd, 30th November 2022

DHL

Expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days

Orders made before 1pm GMT will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 1pm GMT will be sent out the next day.

Australia and the rest of the world

Orders going outside of the USA, UK and Europe will be sent from our depot in England, United Kingdom.

Shipping options:

Fedex International Connect

Expected delivery time: 5 - 15 working days

Please note: South American orders can take up to 30 days due to local customs and delivery services.

DHL Express

Expected delivery time: 2 - 6 working days

DHL may not be available for certain smaller countries.

Please note: International orders can be delayed or held up in customs. Allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.

We regularly send to all parts of the world. If you live in a country that has a local postal service then we can send to you. If you're still unsure you can contact our customer support.

Countries we do not ship to

Due to customs restrictions or for other reasons, we do not ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Argentina, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Polynesia, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Libya, Mexico, Montenegro, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Réunion, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Uganda, Venezuela, Vietnam.

Returns

We do think that you’ll achieve great results using our products. However, if you’ve decided it’s not for you and you’d like to return something, here is what you can return.

Have you received your order within the last 30 days for USA/Canada or within 14 days for UK & the rest of the world, are your products unused, unopened, still sealed and the product packaging undamaged?

If yes, then please email our customer support team at [email protected] and include:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Name of product
  • Reason for return

Our Customer Support team will then be in touch with the correct return address for your products.
