Fenugreek and Testosterone

With fewer SHBG proteins in the blood stream, your free testosterone increases, allowing you to enjoy more of the male hormone to help out your lifting goals.

Not only will it help you get big, there may be evidence that fenugreek can get you cut too. A study performed on college age athletes that supplemented Fenugreek showed a decrease in body fat, without affecting the subjects’ overall weights [2].
