These aren’t for everyone and unlike the above you don’t have to factor them into your daily routine to get the best from TestoFuel; but they can certainly help.

#1 Sleep More – Quality and quantity of sleep can affect testosterone level. If you’re training hard then you need to be hitting those 8 hours’ of rest. This will ensure your body releases testosterone through the night and speeds up the recovery process.

#2 Reduce Stress – Stress produces the hormone cortisol, which is extremely bad for your hard earned testosterone levels – it’s like the brake to the gas of testosterone.

If you’re exercising far too much, or constantly worrying about life’s problems you can really damage your T-levels. Luckily there are few simple ways to lower cortisol naturally – read about them here.

#3 Consume Less Sugar –  Sorry to keep going on about it, but sugar is all round bad for you and your body. Avoid it where you can.

How to Take TestoFuel

Taking TestoFuel is simple. Just take 1 capsule 4 times per day with a meal or snack.

Try and keep times as even as possible between each dose to really help your body fully absorb the blend. A basic guide is below.

You can take 2 capsules at once, but bare in mind that this may affect the performance of the supplement as your body is only able to absorb a certain amount of nutrients at any one time.

Taking more than one capsule may also cause a slightly upset stomach due to the high quantity of D-Aspartic Acid. Ensure you have a meal or snack with your doses if you’re doubling up doses.

Recommend times:

  • 7am – Breakfast
  • 10am – Snack
  • 1pm – Lunch
  • 6pm – Dinner

Common FAQ’s

Can I take more than one capsule at once?

Yes. But this may impair results slightly. We recommend taking TestoFuel in 4 separate doses, with a meal or snack, throughout the day.

Can I take any other supplements and vitamins alongside TestoFuel?

TestoFuel on its own has the power to help you shred fat and build muscle. However we also understand that there might be other nutrients you want to throw in too.

To get even more from your workouts you can consider using a good-quality multivitamin or fish oil to optimize health, or creatine to maximize power output.

But we’d strongly advise not using products like ZMA or other test boosters so you don’t pass your tolerable upper limit (TUL) of zinc, magnesium or other TestoFuel nutrients.

Do I need to cycle TestoFuel?

No. TestoFuel is a completely natural supplement and doesn’t require cycling. You’re giving your body the tools it needs to create it’s own testosterone and so it will regulate other hormones accordingly.

Do I need any PCT supplements after TestoFuel?

As we’ve said, TestoFuel is a completely natural supplement. There is no need to take estrogen blockers or have any other post cycle therapy when you stop supplementing it. When TestoFuel is out of your system your testosterone levels will return to their normal levels, but you will keep all those muscle gains!

What happens if I miss a dose?

Life can sometimes get in the way of supplementing TestoFuel. And if it does, just ensure you take the next dose as normal. There is no need to take 2 capsules at once to make up for it – just try and stick to those doses the best you can!

How long does it take to see results?
